For many years I have been living with stress. Always worrying about what might happen next, whether I am good enough, what if I don't make it? What if I lose all my savings?. I have been living in constant fear and that led to depression and anxiety. Thanks to meditation and self-help books I have been able to recover. This episode has taught me a valuable lesson. The ability to live in the present moment and channel all my energy on the things I can control right now rather than worrying about a future event that hasn't happened yet. In this episode, I have learned it is important to always live in the now and I will find so much freedom and happiness that there will be no more stress.
