In today's busy and stressful world it is necessary to take a pause. Take a pause and reflects on your life and everything that is happening around you. Peer pressure is high and the demand to fit in increases each day. I have learned in this episode how to focus on my personal development and just pause once in a while. I have decided to turn off my electronic devices for 3 hours each day just to have time with myself. Being alone and meditating can increase my energy and happiness since I will have few things to worry about. Meditation provides comfort, calmness, relaxation, and happiness that no one can give in today's busy world. I encourage you to start today and you will see changes in your life.
