Meditation For Spiritual Guidance: 7 Secrets Of The Sacred Garden

welcome to this meditation and thank you for being here today. Please find a nice and comfortable place where you won't be interrupted for 15 minutes. Take a white candle and while lighting it, say out loud or in silence, this statement, all the negativity is being burnt in the flame of this candle. Sit up straight with both feet touching the floor and to make sure your arms are not crossed. Close Your eyes lightly and allow your mind and body to drift down into relaxation. That's right. You can just relax and enjoy this moment here and now. Take a nice deep breath yet and then slowly exhale.

had to breathe out. Breathe in that breathe out. That's right. With every breath you take from now onwards, you are becoming more and more relaxed. Imagine now that you are standing in a beautiful green meadow, far from any civilization. You can smell the flowers around you and feel the gentle breeze touching your skin. Nature is creating you in this wonderful place. There is a mountain in front of you with a builtin stone staircase. Walk to the staircase and slowly climbed the stairs. Step by step to the top. The higher you are the more fresh and clean the areas and you feel even more relaxed and free. Only three more stairs. Two and one. You're in place. You are standing in the courtyard of the majestic temple. This temple has been here for thousands of years and it's been visited by many of those who were looking for wisdom and to trying to uncover the mysteries of the universe. You can feel the atmosphere of something sacred, something divine here. Maybe this place is quite familiar to you as if you've already been here before. You can feel that this place is welcoming you and it's pleased that you came back here today. There is a spiritual master standing in front of you. He was already expecting you. He is going to be your personal guy today. You walk together along the path around the temple into the sacred garden. As you are entering into the garden, you can see the gorgeous flowering cherry tree on the right side. Stop for a moment and watch this beautiful tree for a while. Notice its roots reaching deep into the earth. Observe . It's tall and solid trunk and branched crown in all directions. Notice all those beautiful pink flowers that cover every single branch of the tree. Watch that beauty. Observe the light that this tree radiates in all directions. Now ask the master who is standing next to you master. What should I realize now? What should I remember now? Come back to the path and continue on your way farther. You are coming to an apple tree, rich in red apples. Come closer it. Choose one of the Apple's and watch it for a while. You can touch it if you want. Observe this apple with your heart. Look inside behind that what you see now ask the master again, master, what should I realize now? What should I remember? Continue on again. Now you are coming to a crystal clear creek. You can see how the trout are floating in it and how much they are enjoying being in this clear water crouch and immerse your hand into the water. Can you feel how much lighter your hand becomes? Ask the master again, master. What should I realize now? What should I remember? Continue on. Again, your coming to the edge of the garden. There is a field in front of you and the sun is shining above it. Turn your face toward the sun and receive its energy with your whole body. Breathe in the sunlight and allow it to feel every cell in your body. Now feel this source of light in your center. Feel the sun in your heart. Feel what it's like to be the source of the light. What it's like to be the sun . Focus on the light that you are radiating for a moment. Just observe it. Watch how this light is getting bigger and to bigger and connects you with everything around you. Now ask the master again, master, what should I realize now? What should I remember?

now you are coming to the other side of the garden. You see a couple of tall trees in front of you. She was one of them and watch it for a while. Notice the life in its shade and the birds nesting high and its crown . Just observe that tree for a while. What would it be like to be this tree? Now ask the master master, what should I realize now? What should I remember? Now look at the sky. There is a beautiful white cloud. You see how this cloud floats freely with an ease and how it is carried by air streams? What would it be like to be this cloud? Now ask the master again, master, what should I realize now? What should I remember? Returned back to the path that crosses the garden.

there is a house in front of you. The door is open. Enter the house and look around for a bit. What do you see? How do you feel in this house? Now ask the master for the last time, master. What should I realize now? What should I remember now ? Take a nice deep breath and slowly exhale. Thank the master for accompanying you on this journey and for every insight that has been given to you during the time spent here. You can come back here anytime you want. Now I am going to count from one to three and on the count of three you will open your eyes, be wide awake, fully alert, feeling great and ready to use this wisdom in your life.

moving up toward the surface. Energy is coming into your arms and legs to awareness is coming right back into the room. Ready to wake up now. And three, open your eyes wide awake now. Wide awake feeling great. Take a moment to fully awakened and then you are ready to move forward with your day.
